It replaces paper permit books and WhatsApp photo chains with a structured, mobile-first workflow that handles permit creation, approval, close-out, and audit trails.

Site supervisors, health & safety officers, and owner-directors at firms with 5–50 employees running 1–5 active sites. If you manage hot work, confined spaces, working at height, or electrical isolation permits on UK sites, PermitPad is being built for you.

Why it exists

Enterprise PTW platforms cost hundreds or thousands per month and require demo calls, onboarding projects, and per-user fees. Small contractors doing high-risk work deserve the same compliance tools — at a price that makes sense for a 15-person roofing company. PermitPad fills that gap: self-serve signup, flat-rate pricing, and HSE-aligned checklists built in from day one.
