Pricing Questions
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The free plan includes 2 users, 5 permits per month, and hot work permits. No credit card required. It is designed for sole traders or very small teams who want to try digital permits.
- Are prices per user?
- No. Every plan is a flat monthly rate for your whole company. The Starter plan at £35/month includes up to 3 users. Professional includes 10. Business is unlimited.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing saves you roughly 17% — you pay for 10 months instead of 12. For example, Professional is £690/year instead of £828.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not currently accept bank transfers or invoicing for standard plans.
- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- No. All plans are month-to-month (or annual if you prefer). You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
